What is my username?You should have received an email from clearent.noreply@clearent.com instructing you to create a username & password. If this was not done within 5 days of receiving the email, you will need to be resent the email. Please contact the Clearent Customer Support team at 866.435.0666 or customersupport@clearent.com to have this email resent. You may also reach out to us at Support@HonorProcessing.com. You will use the same username and password to access Compass and the Clearent Virtual Terminal.

Where can I find my Merchant ID (MID)?Your MID is a 16-digit number that starts with "6588". It can be found at the top of your Clearent Compass Portal following your business name.

How do I reset my password?You can reset your password by going to https://compass.clearent.net/clearent/portal.aspx and clicking on "Forgot Password?". Don't forget that your Virtual Terminal portal and Compass portal use the same username and password!

What is this $40 charge to my account, and how do I remove it?Not to worry! This can be easily removed by calling 855.864.1732 and answering a few questions or by simply: Logging into your Clearent Compass account Clicking the "Data Guardian" link under Merchant Controls Selecting the "Start Here" button This is a federally imposed survey to ensure that all merchants are accepting payments safely and securely.

Why are my fees higher than usual this month?Once per year, an $80.00 Regulatory Reporting fee is charged to each merchant. This is not imposed by us but by all processors nationwide.
